1. How long will my order take to arrive?

We’ll process and ship your order by the following business day. All US orders are shipped completely free of charge, via FedEx Ground delivery.

FedEx delivery times vary based on your location, but a guideline would be 1-3 days for the east coast, and up to 4-5 days for the west coast.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. After checkout you’ll receive an email order confirmation. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a second email containing your tracking number.

3. How can I return an order?

Easily and for free. We want your Modern Staples blanket to meet your highest expectations, and we hope you love it.

But if for any reason you don’t, or there’s a problem with your order, you can return it to us in its new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

Just shoot us an email to info@modernstaples.com to initiate your return and receive an RMA. We'll email you a return form and pre-paid USPS label. Simply fill out the form, pack your blanket in its original packaging, attach the pre-paid label and drop it off at your nearest post office. 

We’ll refund your original method of payment in full once we receive your order back at Modern Staples HQ. 

Please note we can only accept returns purchased directly from this site, modernstaples.com – purchases made from other retailers cannot be returned to us. Expedited shipping charges (Fedex 2 Day or Overnight) cannot be refunded.  All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned. 

4. How can I exchange an item?

The terms of our online shopping partnership don’t allow us to exchange items. But if you would like to return an order and purchase a different blanket, please follow the return instructions above and make a new purchase.

5. How is sales tax charged?

Modern Staples charges sales tax only on items shipped within New York and New Jersey. Tax is automatically added at checkout.

6. I live overseas, do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. As long as your credit card can be charged in $ USD, we can accept your payment and ship to anywhere in the world.

International orders (including Canada) ship via DHL, and shipping charges are automatically added at checkout when you choose your country. Customs and import duties and taxes are not included in the final price at checkout and will be billed to you separately.

As with US orders, you will receive an email containing tracking info as soon as your order ships.
